Pressure washing has a wide variety of cleaning uses, from concrete driveways, pavers, pool decks, patio furniture and much more.  Though pressure washing has many cleaning uses, we also use  soft washing practices where needed to avoid damages associated with the use of higher pressure.  Various plastics, including some house sidings are perfect for soft washing techniques.  Painted surfaces, stained wood, and roof shingles for example also are areas suggested for soft washing. 

• How Often Should I Pressure Wash / Soft Wash?

As a general guideline, we suggest giving the exteriors of your home an overall routine wash every 6 to 12 months (or one to two times a year).  Properties with more trees will typically have a need for more frequent house, driveway, and fence washings.  By washing your home on a regular basis, you can protect it from the onset of mold and mildew, and maintain a clean appearance. 

• How Much Will Professional Pressure Washing / Soft Washing Cost?

Pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the level of cleaning needs. Our average house wash pricing ranges from $0.08 to $0.10 per square foot.  A 2,300 square foot house with moderate cleaning needs for example would total approximately $184 to $230.  Concrete pressure washing averages $0.15 to $0.17 per square foot.  Our solid commitment to a professional and quality experience comes with each service.
